Description of the
This broach set can be used to cut keyways or keyways in widths of 4, 5, 6 and 8 mm. In addition to the broaches, the set also includes 13 guide bushes with diameters from 12 to 30 mm, four key blanks (3.9 x 3.9 mm, 4.9 x 4.9 mm, 5.9 x 5.9 mm and 7.9 x 6.9 mm) and five shims.
Broaches are usually used in rack and pinion presses or hydraulic workshop presses.
The broaches are made of HSS steel and are slightly conical, the cutting edges thicken in the cutting direction. As a result, the broached keyway becomes slightly deeper with each tooth.
To cut a keyway, the workpiece is placed on the work table of the press and the appropriate guide bush is inserted into the bore of the workpiece. The broach is then inserted into the holder, moistened with sufficient cutting oil and pressed through the workpiece with the press. The shims can be used to make the groove deeper.

Hochwertiges und bezahlbares Räumnadel Set
Ich bin mit dem Kauf sehr zufrieden. Die Nadeln nehmen gleichmäßige Späne ab, die Keilnuten werden sehr sauber und sind maßhaltig. Die Arbeit erfordert allerdings Fachwissen, Erfahrung und Gefühl. Die Nadel sollte mit gleichmäßigem Vorschub und möglichst ohne Unterbrechung durchgepresst werden. Ein hochwertiges Schneidöl ist unerlässlich. Ein Verbiegen der Nadel ist unter allen Umständen zu vermeiden - Bruchgefahr. Bei den Führungshülsen würde ich mir eine größere Auswahl wünschen. Ich hatte u.a. eine 4 Millimeter Nut in eine 18er Bohrung zu stoßen und musste mir dafür eine Führungshülse anfertigen.

Ich habe bis jetzt nur eine Räumnadel
Ich habe bis jetzt nur eine Räumnadel genutzt (5mm). Verarbeitung der Räumnadeln und Einsätze ist sehr gut. Auch die Aufbewahrungsbox ist qualitativ hochwertige. Ich bin mit dem Produckt um den Preis sehr zufrieden. Ich nutze dieses Set im Modellbau Hobbybereich und bin damit sehr zufrieden.
