This feed motor is suitable for retrofitting to the X-axis of the SIEG SX3.5Z and X3.5 drilling / milling machines. Installation is easy for anyone thanks to the enclosed illustrated installation instructions. The feed speed is infinitely variable via a potentiometer. The transmission ratio from the motor shaft to the spindle of the X-axis is 1:7.5. The feed direction can be set via a toggle switch, which also has a zero position. This prevents accidental reversal of the feed direction. To move the machine table manually, the feed motor can be disengaged via the clutch control knob. The feed movement can be switched off via limit switches, which are triggered by adjustable stops.

Einfache Montage. Gut zu Bedienen. Wenn der

Einfache Montage. Gut zu Bedienen. Wenn der Nutentisch auf einen Endschalter gefahren ist, den Richtungshebel einfach umschalten und der Tisch fährt wieder zurĂ¼ck. Das heiĂŸt kein lästiges abschalten und konventionell den Endschalter wieder frei fahren. Leistung des Motos reicht fĂ¼r einen Schlichtvorschub nicht aber zum Schuppen. Befestigung des Kabels der Endschalter etwas gering, dadurch hängt das Kabeln in der Spänewanne (wenn vorhanden). Sonst sehr zufrieden.

Im niedrigen Drehzahlbereich ist das Drehmoment zu

Im niedrigen Drehzahlbereich ist das Drehmoment zu gering. Dadurch kommt es häufig, selbst ohne Schnittbelastung beim Fräsen, zu "stotternden" Vorschubbewegungen. Sonst ist die Handhabung aber praktikabel.
