Intended use
Like classic drill press vices, pull-down vices serve as a precise clamping device for machine tools. The most important feature of pull-down vices is the significantly higher clamping strength and greater precision due to the pull-down system.

Description of the
This rotating machine vice is made of C45E steel and is particularly characterised by its pull-down system. A guide slide runs under the movable clamping jaw, which moves the clamping jaw forwards and pulls it downwards at the same time. This solves the problem of tilting and workpieces remain securely clamped even under high force.
The vice can be rotated and is equipped with an angle scale, making it easy and convenient to carry out angle milling. Using the guide blocks included in the scope of delivery, the vice can be quickly and easily aligned parallel to the grooves in the worktable.
Scope of delivery
- 1 x Pull-down vice, rotatable, 129 mm
- 1 x detachable articulated crank handle
- 2 x M12 x 45 mm hammerhead screw (for 14 mm T-slots)
- 2 x nut M12
- 2 x M12 washers
- 2 x guide block 20 x 14 x 9 mm
- 2 x screw M6 x 12 mm for guide block

This two-part, very solid pull-down vice is made of nodular cast iron (cast iron with spheroidal graphite). Spheroidal graphite cast iron is a type of cast iron that has mechanical properties similar to steel due to the carbon contained in its spherical shape.
The replaceable jaws made of C45E steel are hardened and ground. The grooves milled into the jaws increase the holding force, making it more difficult for the workpiece to slip out. This two-part vice can be used to clamp both larger workpieces and workpieces whose clamping surfaces are not parallel to each other on the machine table.
Due to the design of this type of pull-down vice, the forces exerted when clamping the workpiece act very strongly in the direction of the machine table, preventing the workpiece from standing up during milling. The solid design ensures that the workpiece is clamped securely and quickly. The vice is fastened with clamping elements such as sliding blocks with threaded rods and collar nuts.

Sehr zufrieden
Der Schraubstock is riesig und sehr schoen verarbeitet. Alles laeuft wie es soll. Abmessung Protokol mitgeliefert. Die tolleranzen sind ganz ausreichend fuer mich. Gut verpackt. Leider habe ich fuer meine neue Fraesmaschiene SX2.7L dieser, viel zu grosser Stueck gekauft. Paulimot hat die Webseite gut organisiert weil es nur die 100mm und kleinere Schraubstocke emfehlt.

hochwertige Verarbeitung, exakt planparallel, gute Klemmung
sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zu diesem Preis gibts wohl kaum einen besseren! Einzig bei der Gradmarkierung am Drehboden wurde der Markierungsstrich vergessen einzuschleifen!
