Intended use
Band saws are used for sawing wood, metal, plastics, textiles, leather, aerated concrete, etc. However, the main area of application is woodworking. The band saw blade is guided by two wheels, enabling an endless, uninterrupted cut. Depending on the thickness of the saw blade used, both straight and curved cuts can be produced. Circular cuts are also possible with the aid of special devices.

The height of the saw blade guide is infinitely adjustable. This allows the saw blade to be perfectly adapted to the height of the workpiece to be sawn. The saw blade is supported in the upper and lower guide by ball and needle bearings at the sides and front. These bearings are of course adjustable. With two cutting speeds (370 or 800 m/min.) and the option of using saw bands from 6 to 25 mm, extensive and diverse sawing work can be carried out. A saw blade with a width of 12.5 mm is fitted as standard. You will also find other suitable saw bands in various widths in our range. sägt gut und genau, auch Längsschnitte. Anschlag verschieben und arretieren umständlich, weil beim festklemmen sich der Anschlag verschiebt. Das Plastikteil um das Sägeblatt des Sägetisches sitzt zu tief, so dass bei kleinen Werkstücken sich dieses an der Kante verfängt. Die Arm der Beleuchtung ist zu schwach ausgelegt, da sich die Lampe absenkt. Ansonsten OK, auch die Montage. Auch sehr gut vom Werk eingestellt.

Holzbandsäge MJ14
Habe die Säge im Laden in Neu-Ulm direkt gekauft. Die Beratung incl. Service durch Timo war richtig super, dafür alleine schon mal 5 Sterne. Für mich bemerkenswert ist wie leise die Säge im Leerlauf ist. Aufbau und Einstellung der Säge bedarf wenn man alleine ist etwas Zeit, ist aber gut machbar. Das Einzigste was man bemängeln könnte ist die Tischaufnahme. Jedoch wenn alles eingestellt ist klagt man hier auf hohem Niveau. Die ersten Schnitte waren allesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Würde die Säge sofort wieder kaufen.

Tolles Produkt, toller Preis, tolle Firma!
Eine Bandsäge, die einer Bandsäge würdig ist. Bei der überraschend schnellen Anlieferung durch eine Spedition, hatte der Karton einige "Beulen und Schrammen". Teilweise erlaubte der Karton sogar eine Sicht ins innere. Ich erwähne das nicht, um den Versender oder die Spedition zu kritisieren! Ich komme selbst aus der Logistik und weiß, dass so etwas immer wieder vorkommen kann. Hier erwähne ich diesen Umstand weil dadurch deutlich wurde, wie gut und sicher die Säge verpackt war, denn es gab nicht den geringsten Kratzer an der Maschiene! Hervorragend für den Transport verpackt! Die Säge hat ein stattliches Gewicht aber dennoch liess sie sich gut aus der Kartonage "pellen". Der Aufbau ging zügig und einfach. Ja und dann stand sie da. Eine stolze und tatsächlich auch schöne Bandsäge. Ein wenig feinjustierung und fertig zum Arbeiten. Die Verarbeitung genügt höchsten Ansprüchen. Die Haptik, das Handling, die durchdachten Assecoires (Lampe, Werkzeughalter und Ausleger). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super... oder anders gesagt: Diese Bandsäge ist jeden Cent wert. Ich habe eine längere Zeit gesucht und tatsächlich zweimal eine kleinere "Kompromiss-Säge" gekauft und wieder zurückgegeben. Hier ist das richtige, perfekte Produkt für richtiges, perfektes Arbeiten! Die Holzbandsäge MJ14 ist hervorragend verarbeitet und ist ein Schmuckstück in meiner Werkstadt. Das sägen mit ihr macht richtig spaß und das Ergebnis ist super genau. Das aufbauen war einfach und auf dem Bügel vom Gestell habe ich beim zusammen schrauben gleich eine Siebdruckplatte eingebaut als Ablage für Anschlagwinkel und Kreisschneider.
