Intended use
Turning tools with replaceable inserts are characterised by the fact that worn cutting edges can be replaced quickly and easily. The tedious and time-consuming regrinding of the cutting edge is no longer necessary. Another advantage of turning tools with reversible or replaceable inserts is that the most suitable insert can be mounted on the holder depending on the material to be machined. For example, there are special inserts for machining aluminium or non-ferrous metals. Both the holders and the inserts are standardised and can be identified by the respective standard designation.

Gut bis auf …
Fast alles perfekt… nur der Abstechstahl ist vorne viel zu klobig! Aus meinem Schnellspannfutter ragt er vorne sehr weit raus. Dadurch kann ich maximal 20mm Rundmaterialien abstechen, da der Schlitten sich nicht weiter nach hinten drehen lässt.
