Intended use
A rotating mount is used to secure a turning chuck (or similar workpiece holder with an M14 x 1 mm mounting thread) in the tailstock of a lathe. When a turning chuck is mounted on the tailstock, longer workpieces can be supported on both sides for turning. Another advantage of using a tailstock-mounted chuck is that even thinner shafts, which may not have or are not permitted to have a centring bore, can be centred.

The rotating spindle has multiple ball bearings and a maximum concentricity deviation of 0.005 mm. The mini jaw chucks (3- and 4-jaw, 50 and 65 mm diameter, article numbers 16310, 16320, 16330, 16340) from our range are compatible with this chuck.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie Funktionalität sind top
Die Qualität ist einwandfrei, keine scharfen Grate, Form- und Maßgenauigkeit sind absolut in Ordnung, das Gewinde lässt sich problemlos montieren, die mitlaufende Aufnahme verwende ich für ein kleines Drehfutter, damit kann ich auch längere Rohre beidseitig in der Drehmaschine spannen und erreiche damit eine gute Rundlaufgenauigkeit und brauiche keine Angst haben, dass das Ding mir aus der Drehmaschine fliegt. Von diesen mitlaufenden Aufnahmen besitzte ich schon zwei Stück mit unterschiedlichen Drehfuttern. Ich wurde niemals von dem Produkt enttäuscht, ich kann sie problemlos weiterempfehlen. Manche fragen sich, was man damit noch machen kann: natürlich kann ich im mitlaufenden Drehfutter auch Gewindewerkzeuge spannen und von Hand andrehen. In manchen speziellen Anwendungsfällen war die mitlaufende Aufnahme samt Drehfutter eine wertvolle Hilfe, das hat nicht jeder und selbst manche Dreher wissen das nicht.

Super Qulität
Habe die Aufnahme mit dem Mini-Vierbankfutter an der Drehe im einsatz, sehr laufruhig und präsise. Wie schon an anderer Stelle beschrieben liegt alles im Toleranzbereich. Danke an das Paulimot Team.
