Intended use
Drill chucks are used to clamp tools with a cylindrical shank, such as drills, countersinks, reamers, etc. Drill chucks are used in machine tools such as lathes, milling machines or drilling machines. The taper arbor and drill chuck are connected to each other via a positive-locking B18 cone, i.e. the taper arbor can be separated from the drill chuck. The taper arbor has a drive-out tab and is therefore suitable for use both in drilling machines and in the tailstock of lathes. The clamping range of this chuck is 1 to 16 mm. As the three clamping jaws close completely, it is also possible to clamp tools with a shank diameter of less than 1 mm.
