Intended use
A quick-change steel holder set is a precise and efficient clamping system for lathes to enable the quick change of turning steel, boring bars or other tools. The steel holder with the clamped tool is correctly aligned to the centre of the machine spindle just once. This positioning is fixed using a lock nut and is therefore set to the correct height each time the steel holder is reinserted into the base body. The base body of the system is firmly mounted on the top slide of the lathe and forms the basis of the system. The steel holder is the interchangeable component in which the turning tools are clamped. The system's fine-toothed ratchet system enables repeatable alignment of the tool without the need for readjustment.

Rundum zufrieden
Zu sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin, bedeutet nichts zu sagen. Erstens ist das Arbeiten viel komfortabler geworden, da Sie die Messer nicht jedes Mal neu einstellen müssen, wenn Sie mehrere Platten einlegen. Zweitens habe ich meinen Bohrschneider ohne Probleme eingerichtet. Drittens dauert das Herausnehmen und Einlegen einer Kassette einige Sekunden. Das Einzige ist, dass das Set mit diesem Messerhalter keine Rändelung hat und der Halter für die Schneidplatte zu teuer ist, aber dem Arbeitskomfort steht das nicht entgegen und es gibt keine Probleme mit der Genauigkeit.
