The PM190-V is a 230 volt bench lathe with variable speed control. It is driven by a powerful 3-phase asynchronous motor, manufactured in Germany, with an output power of 550 watts. Thanks to the Austrian-made frequency converter, which is specially matched to the motor, and the four-stage reduction gear, the hobby lathe has sufficient torque even in the low speed ranges. The four speed ranges, which can be adjusted by changing the drive belts, cover speeds from 50 to 2,500 rpm. The lathe is equipped with an automatic longitudinal feed. To select the different feed speeds for turning and the different pitches for thread cutting, the required change gear combinations are used according to a table. The PM190-V has three longitudinal feeds, 14 metric and ten imperial thread pitches. All required metal change gears are included in the scope of delivery. The PM190-V is a lead screw lathe. The lead screw is completely covered to prevent accidental intervention, and this protection also prevents falling metal chips from sticking. This prevents unnecessary wear and possible damage to the lock nut. The guides on the cross and top slides can be adjusted backlash-free using wedge and pressure bars. The main spindle runs in precision tapered roller bearings, which can be readjusted if necessary. The top slide of the bench lathe can be rotated through 360°. The tailstock can also be moved for taper turning. The ON/OFF switch, the switch for clockwise/anticlockwise rotation, the speed display, the speed controller and the emergency stop button are located on the control box above the headstock.

Alles in Ordnung!
Ich habe vom Drehen eigentlich keine Ahnung, und habe trotzdem mit dieser Maschine schon meine ersten kleinen Erfolge gehabt. Ich habe einige Youtube-Videos geschaut, und der Rest ist "Learning by doing". Die Handhabung ist einfach. Für kleine Projekte in der Hobbywerkstatt halte ich die Maschine für völlig ausreichend. Ich habe eine Kurbel für den Arbeitstisch und Scharniere für ein Gartentor gebaut. Einfach cool. Der Wechsel der Geschwindigkeiten mit dem Umlegen der Riemen geht einfach. Aber man braucht es wohl kaum? Ich habe wieder die schnellste Stufe eingestellt. Den Rest macht das Poti. Der Wechsel der Zahnräder ist da etwas fummeliger. Ich habe mal versucht, Gewinde zu schneiden. Aber das ist nichts für Anfänger. Ich habe den Kauf nicht bereut, auch wenn die Maschine nicht sehr oft gebraucht wird. Haben ist besser als Brauchen! Der Versand und die Lieferung waren problemlos. Die Holzkiste war stabil genug. Achim von der Ostseeküste

Fantastico piccolo tornio .era proprio quello che volevo . molto silenzioso e potente.quello che mi serviva anche per non disturbare nessuno😉monto preciso . arrivato prima del previsto bene imballato.ma aveva una piccola ammaccatura sul paratrucioli ed era graffiato un po' il plexiglass...colpa del corriere...ma nulla di importante. Sono molto contento dell'acquisto . prenderò anche la torretta a cambio rapido ed il mandrino a quattro griff.. complimenti paoulimot 👍

Top Qualitätsmaschine
Zunächst ich bin gelernter Dreher und die Maschine ist meine fünfte Maschine. Die Maschine wird in etwas anderer Bauform von einem Österreichischen Vertrieb vermarktet. Ich warne ausdrücklich davor bei diesem Händler sein Geld zu verbrennen! Die Maschine hat derart viele Qualitätsmängel die im Alltag und Hobby keinen Spaß machen. Anders als bei der PM190V! Hier wird seitens von Paulimot auf Qualität schon bei der Produktion geachtet. Was bei der PM auch natürlich Klasse ist der Motor. Mit seinem Gleichrichter macht die Maschine keine "dicken Backen" Natürlich ist das keine Industriemaschine. Dennoch dreht sie bei entsprechender Spantiefe Super durch.Was man natürlich wirklich besonders betonen muss ist der Service von Paulimot. Probleme werden aufgenommen und zur Zufriedenheit abgearbeitet! Für zur Zeit 1219€ macht Ihr nichts falsch. Mein Tipp gleich Multifix Ab mitbestellen. Die Höhenmitte finden ist damit ein Kinderspiel

The device is small enough to fit in a smaller workshop or garage, while large enough to do larger details. I have always received quick support when I have any questions. Ein sehr gutes Gerät, um kleine und genaue Details zu machen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Gerät ist klein genug, um in eine kleinere Werkstatt oder Garage zu passen, während es groß genug ist, um größere Details zu erledigen. Ich habe immer schnelle Unterstützung erhalten, wenn ich Fragen hatte.
