The PM190-V is a 230 volt bench lathe with variable speed control. It is driven by a powerful 3-phase asynchronous motor, manufactured in Germany, with an output power of 550 watts. Thanks to the Austrian-made frequency converter, which is specially matched to the motor, and the four-stage reduction gear, the hobby lathe has sufficient torque even in the low speed ranges. The four speed ranges, which can be set by reversing the drive belts, cover speeds from 50 to 2,500 rpm. The lathe is equipped with an automatic longitudinal feed. To select the different feed speeds for turning and the different pitches for thread cutting, the required change gear combinations are used according to a table. The PM190-V has three longitudinal feeds, 14 metric and ten imperial thread pitches. All the required metal change gears are included in the scope of delivery. The PM190-V is a lead screw lathe. The lead screw is completely covered to prevent accidental intervention, and this protection also prevents falling metal chips from sticking. This prevents unnecessary wear and possible damage to the lock nut. The guides on the cross and top slides can be adjusted backlash-free using wedge and pressure bars. The main spindle runs in precision tapered roller bearings, which can be readjusted if necessary. The top slide of the bench lathe can be rotated through 360°. The tailstock can also be moved for taper turning. The ON/OFF switch, the switch for clockwise/anticlockwise rotation, the speed display, the speed controller and the emergency stop button are located on the control box above the headstock.

Super Maschine ,erfüllt genau meine Erwartungen klein kompakt und kräftig genug um Stahl zu drehen Glei das notwendige Zubehör mitbestellt um gleich loszulegen. Bei der Schnellspannaufnahme für Drehstähle wäre gut wenn eine selbstsichernde Mutter beigefügt wäre Ansonsten qualitativ top ware

Top Gerät Preis Leistung in Ordnung
Hatte vorher eine Kleinere Maschine eines anderen Herstellers kam sofort an die Grenzen. Die Paulimot PM 190 V hat auch ihre Grenzen jedoch werde ich diese kaum erreichen wenn ich in Heimwerkerbereich bleibe.

im großen ganzen sehr zufrieden. Es gibt zwei Punkte,die Ölwanne+der 4 Kantschlüssel, der nicht passte.

Sorgfältig verpackt und schnell geliefert
Sorgfältig verpackt und schnell geliefert. Wie in den meisten Bewertungen beschrieben,gibt es leichte Mängel bezüglich der Lackierung.Aber alles im akzeptabelen Bereich. Das Dreibackenfutter klemmt an einigen Stellen beim Öffnen und Schließen. Die Maschine läuft ruhig und lässt sich gut regeln. Das Umlegen der Riemen ist gut für machbar. Die Wechselräder zum Gewindeschneiden waren nur schwer an der Maschine zu wechseln, da die Gewinde der beiden Bolzen nicht in Ordnung sind. Da im Satz der Zahnräder eine Distanzhülse fehlt, muß man sich mit einem Zahnrad mit wenig Zähnen behelfen um die gewünschte Kombi zu erreichen. Leider gibt es im Shop weder Hülse noch die Bolzen als Ersatz. Das Probegewinde, welches ich gesdreht habe war einwandfrei. Die Drehmaschine ist, so wie geliefert, empfehlenswert. Ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Maschine ist im Großen und Ganzen so wie das nach den Bewertungen hier zu erwarten war. Leichte Mängel am Lack, mit denen man aber leben kann. Das 3 Backenfutter klemmt leicht an einigen Stellen. Die Maschine arbeitet leise, die Drehzahlen gehen leicht zu verstellen. Das Testgewinde, welches ich gedreht habe ist sehr gut geworden. Leider bin ich unzufrieden mit den beiden Bolzen für die Zahnräder. An Beiden waren die Gewinde schon nicht mehr in Ordnung, so dass davon ausgegangen werden kann, daß sie bei öfterem Wechsel der Zahnräder bald ersetzt werden müssen. Schön wäre es im Shop Ersatz dafür zu finden. Bei der Zusammenstellung der Zahnräder fehlt eine Hülse, ob sie nur in meinem Sortiment fehlt weiß ich nicht. Ich habe ersatzweise das kleinste Zahnrad montiert.
