Intended use
Turning tools with replaceable inserts are characterised by the fact that worn cutting edges can be replaced quickly and easily. The tedious and time-consuming regrinding of the cutting edge is no longer necessary. Another advantage of turning tools with reversible or replaceable inserts is that the most suitable insert can be mounted on the holder depending on the material to be machined. For example, there are special inserts for machining aluminium or non-ferrous metals. Both the holders and the inserts are standardised and can be identified by the respective standard designation.

DrehmeiĂŸel-Set mit Wendeplatten

Top mit Multifix
Bin kein Profi was drehen angeht, aber habe jetzt schon einige Drehstähle, MeiĂŸel usw. ausprobiert und mit recht enttäuschenden Ergebnissen. Hab mich dann doch fĂ¼r einen letzten Versuch dazu entscheiden noch ein DrehmeiĂŸelset mit Wendeschneidplatten anzuschaffen und siehe da mit top Ergebnissen und das auf einer kleinen Chinadrehe. Um Gewinde von 14x1 auf Edelstahl zu drehen waren die mitgelieferten Wendeplatten allerdings nicht geeignet und habe dann die TiAIN beschichteten eingesetzt, dann wurde es perfekt. Schade finde ich nur, das die DrehmeiĂŸel aus dieser Serie nicht einzeln bei Paulimot zu erhalten sind, wĂ¼rde sonst noch ein Paar zusätzlich kaufen und diese mit Polierten Wendeplatten ausstatten damit das umschrauben entfällt.
