Intended use
A reamer is used for the fine machining of bores. The holes, which should usually be drilled 0.1 to 0.2 mm below the nominal dimension, can be reamed to the final dimension using a reamer. In the vast majority of cases, reamers are used to ream holes for dowel pins. Machining the bore achieves a high degree of shape and dimensional accuracy as well as a high surface quality of the finished reamed bore.

Compared to manual reamers, these machine reamers have a short guide section, as they are guided by the machine spindle itself. This 11-piece HSS hand reamer set is supplied in an aluminium box for practical and safe storage. All reamers in this set are subject to tolerance class H7. At the end of the cylindrical shaft there is a square for mounting in a tap wrench.
This manual reamer set with eleven adjustable reamers in nominal diameters of 12 to 35 mm is supplied in a wooden box for practical and safe storage. All reamers in this set are subject to tolerance classes H4 - H14. The cutting edges of the hand reamers are made of hardened carbon steel. At the end of the cylindrical shaft there is a square for mounting in a tap wrench.
The different diameters are adjusted using two threaded sleeves on the respective reamers.

Wie immer super Industriequalität mit hoher Standzeit. Ich habe des öfteren Werkzeuge gekauft und bin immer sehr zufrieden.

Super Reibahlen-Set
Absolut gute Ware, da gibts nichts zu Meckern. Passungen sind gut, Standzeit ist auch gut, getestet in Alu und CrMo.

Gute Reibahlen - Zubehör wĂ¼nschenswert
Die Reibahlen tun ihren Job bisher hervorragend (eingesetzt in Aluminium). Schon vor ein paar Tagen gekauft jetzt erst getestet - direkt "saugend" sitzende Passstifte wenn entsprechend -0.2 vorgebohrt. - Und da ist der einzige Kritikpunkt - leider war ich nicht in der Lage hier auch die benötigten Bohrer zu beziehen - Es werden Spiralbohrer nur in 0.5 Steigend angeboten - das ist sehr ärgerlich. Ein Satz passende Bohrer in ordentlicher Qualität wĂ¼rden das Angebot hier gut ergänzen. Ich habe notgedrungen entsprechend an anderer Stelle bereits zugeschlagen.

Wie gewohnt, schnelle Lieferung und in einem Alu-Köfferchen. :-) Bisher habe ich die 3er und 8er Reibahle eingesetzt und bin sehr zufrieden mit den Ergebnissen.
