Intended use
Collets are used to clamp tools with a cylindrical clamping shank or cylindrical workpieces with high precision in machine tools. The collet is pushed or pulled into a conical holder. The tool or workpiece is precisely centred and securely clamped by the evenly arranged longitudinal slots of the collet.

This collet set consists of 18 collets with a clamping range of 2 - 20 mm. An MK3 / M12 ER32 collet chuck and a suitable hook spanner for the union nut are also included. Both the collet chuck and the collets are hardened and ground. The collets are made of 65Mn spring steel, the collet chuck is made of Cr40 steel. The union nut can be professionally tightened using an open-end spanner with a width across flats of 36 mm. Two milling surfaces are fitted in the collet chuck holder for counter-holding. The system accuracy with the collet chuck in place is 0.012 mm. The set is supplied in an aluminium case with foam insert for practical and safe storage.

Ein wertiges Set im Alu-Koffer. Macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Rundlauf ausgezeichnet. Ein unverzichtbares Zubehör für die Fräsmaschine.

ER32-Spannzangen-Set
Dieses Spannzangenset erfüllt alle meine Erwartungen. Übersichtlich im Alukoffer angeordnet. Die Rundlaufgenauigkeit iist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Beste allerdings istdass ich die Spannzangen mit dem als Zubehör erhältlichen Flansch auch an meiner Sieg SC 2 verwenden kann. Dieses Set ist ein Muss zu jeder Fräsmaschine.

Fräser werden sauber gehalten, MK3 Dorn hält fast schon allein,alles übersichtlich im Koffer- Toll. Nur der Schlüssel ist etwas schwierig- ein Hakenschlüssel wäre einfacher.

Absolut empfehlenswert, ich bin total begeistert. Damit zu Arbeiten macht richtig Spaß! Super verarbeitet, keine Späne in den Spalten, hochwertige Oberflächen, super Rundlauf, übersichtlich im Koffer ........ Was will man mehr? Ich finde es übrigens gut, daß kein 36er Schlüssel beiliegt, der den Preis unnötig hochtreiben würde und dann oft doppelt und dreifach unnötig rumliegt.. Bitte aber unbedingt in der Beschreibung deutlich darauf hinweisen, so üblich ist die Größe dann auch wieder nicht.... Eventuell als Zubehör anbieten.

TOP Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Perfektes Spannwerkzeug, sauber verarbeitet. Wäre schön wenn noch ein 36mm Maulschlüssel mitgeliefert würde.
