Description of the
This drill press vice is sturdily made. The guidance of the movable jaw should be emphasised. This is designed to prevent the jaw from tilting when clamping on one side. Secondly, the handle is designed as a sleeve spindle, i.e. the spindle for the movable jaw runs protected inside the handle. The overall length including the handle does not change when the movable jaw is unscrewed. A cross hole is provided at the end of the handle. A shaft with the appropriate diameter can be inserted into this cross hole, which can then be used as a lever to increase the clamping force.
As the vice is made of solid cast steel, it has a comparatively high dead weight, which increases stability during the drilling process. The jaws, one of which has horizontal and vertical prisms, are made of steel and ground. The vice can be attached to a machine table using the three elongated holes on the side.

This drilling machine vice made of aluminium is characterised in particular by the possibility of quick adjustment. The spindle can be disengaged using a push button with return spring so that the movable jaw can be quickly and continuously preset over the entire clamping range. A punched length scale on the contact surfaces of the jaw facilitates this presetting. Once the desired position has been reached, the spindle is re-engaged by releasing the push button. In this position, the movable jaw can be moved as usual using the handle. The handle is designed as a hexagonal shaft, which ensures a good grip.
As the vice is made of aluminium, it is suitable for small or light drilling work. The vice can be attached to a machine table using the elongated holes on the side.

This vice is particularly characterised by its two additional, ground support surfaces. This extends its range of applications.
This solidly manufactured cast steel vice has a base measuring 135 x 100 mm and can be firmly screwed to a workbench or the work table of drilling machines using two slotted holes. The top of the vice is ground on a surface measuring 80 x 80 mm. Four rotating pins allow cylindrical workpieces with diameters of 75 to 150 mm to be clamped. The prisms milled into the jaws allow shafts or other cylindrical workpieces with diameters of 4 to 20 mm to be clamped both horizontally and vertically. The anvil and the vice jaws are hardened.

This drill press vice is solidly made, i.e. both the support and guide surfaces of the movable jaw are wide. The vice is made of solid cast steel, which results in a comparatively high dead weight. This increases the stability of the vice during the drilling process. The jaws, one of which has a horizontal and one vertical prism, are made of steel and ground. The movable hand crank attached to the handle facilitates handling of the vice. Two slotted holes are provided on the side for mounting on a machine table.

This drilling machine vice is sturdily manufactured and mounted on a swivel head so that it can be rotated through 360°. The slewing ring can be clamped to the machine table using the four slotted holes. The vice can be separated from the swivel head by loosening the two locking screws and can therefore also be used without it. Separated from the slewing ring, the vice can be attached to a machine table using the six elongated holes on the side. Guter Schraubstock
Harald
