Intended use
A taper arbor is used to hold a drill chuck in the mounting spindle of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines or drilling machines. Furthermore, a taper arbor can be used as an interchangeable adapter, i.e. one and the same drill chuck can be used on different machine tools with the aid of different taper arbors.

Der Kegel ist sehr sauber geschliffen, läuft rund und hält das Futter deutlich besser in meiner Tischbohrmaschine als das (relativ grob gedrehte) Originalteil, das bei der Maschine dabei war. Sollte man sich evtl. auch beim Kauf eines Paulimot Schnellspannbohrfutters dazubestellen um den guten Rundlauf noch zu verbessern, da die mitgelieferten Dorne nicht ganz so gut gearbeitet sind.
