Intended use
Band saws are used for sawing wood, metal, plastics, textiles, leather, aerated concrete, etc. However, the main area of application is woodworking. The band saw blade is guided by two wheels, enabling an endless, uninterrupted cut. Depending on the thickness of the saw blade used, both straight and curved cuts can be produced. Circular cuts are also possible with the aid of special devices.

Even curved cuts can be made comfortably on the sturdy 360 x 320 mm saw table. The table is made of cast aluminium and can be swivelled up to 45° using a swivel element. The height of the saw blade guide is infinitely adjustable. This allows the saw blade to be perfectly adapted to the height of the workpiece to be sawn. The saw blade is supported in the upper and lower guide by ball bearings at the side and front. This bearing is of course adjustable. With two cutting speeds (400 or 800 m/min.) and the option of using saw bands from 3 to 12.5 mm, extensive and diverse sawing work can be carried out. A saw blade with a width of 10 mm is fitted as standard. You will also find other suitable saw bands in various widths in our range. The LED work light also makes working with this wood band saw much easier. The removable chip drawer, the chip scraper on the lower roller and the connection piece for an extraction system are further advantages of this saw.

Super Service, gute Maschine
Leider kam die Bandsäge mit einem kleinen Defekt bei mir an, die Beleuchtung funktionierte nicht. Der Service meldete sich auf meine E-Mail bereits am nächsten Tag zurück, und so konnten wir das Problem schnell lösen. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Die Säge macht, was sie soll. Die Sägeblattführung ist deutlich präziser als bei meiner alten Dewalt DW100; zudem ist sie deutlich leiser und läuft insgesamt viel ruhiger. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Maschine und würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Die Qualität ist hervorragend ,schnelle Lieferung. 1 Stern weniger der Quaeranschlag hat ein kleines Spiel in der Führungsschiene das sich bei der 90 Gradzahl Einstellung auswirkt beim Abschnitt.

Gutes Produkt!
Alles in allem eine stabile Säge! Mitgeliefertes Zubehör macht das arbeiten nochmals zum Highlight! Man kann mm genau arbeiten. Auch der Winkelanschlag ist sehr genau, und der Kreisschneider lässt das Herz jedes Bastlers höher schlagen! Die Maschine ist sehr stabil ,durch eine angemessene Feder an der Sägeblattspennung schaft man es nicht die Maschine zu verwenden! Ist die Maschine gut auf den Füßen ausgerichtet läuft sie sehr angenehm, steht aber ein Fuß in der Luft fängt sie an zu brummen und vibrieren, ( logisch oder )

Sie sägt richtig Gut! Voraussetzung dafür ist aber eine genaue Einstellung des Sägebands und von dem Tisch! Ich bin mit Ihr sehr zufrieden.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist soweit gut. Die Säge hat schon einige Mängel. Das Justieren der Bandführung und des Tisches ist eine ganz schöne fummelei.

Bandsäge wirklich super
Also ich muß sagen das die Qualität bei Paulimot stimmt die Säge ist wirklich präzise nach ein paar Einstellarbeiten war alles erledigt Verbesserung :Die Lampe wäre besser wenn sie auf den Schnitt leuchten würde und nicht hinter dem Band würde weniger blenden sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen

Seit Februar in Benutzung
Diese Bandsäge ist seit Februar in Gebrauch sehr gut, alle die diese Bandsäge in laufenden Betrieb sahen sind begeistert.
