Intended use
Turning tools with replaceable inserts are characterised by the fact that worn cutting edges can be replaced quickly and easily. The tedious and time-consuming regrinding of the cutting edge is no longer necessary. Another advantage of turning tools with reversible or replaceable inserts is that the most suitable insert can be mounted on the holder depending on the material to be machined. For example, there are special inserts for machining aluminium or non-ferrous metals. Both the holders and the inserts are standardised and can be identified by the respective standard designation.

Funktionen
Sind meiner nach zu kurz (20mm) ; ein eintauchen ins Werkstück z.b. für Riemenscheiben . Dazu kann dann nur mit 2 von 3 Schrauben den Meißel spannen . Überlege mir mit Hilfe eines U-Profils die Auflage zu verlängern . Ansonsten ein schönes Drehbild .

Die 8mm Halter sind genau richtig für die Drehbank. Hab eine Wendeplatte TIAIN zum Test dabei, Die Ergebnisse sind sehr gut. Werde bei Gelegenheit mehr TIAIN Platten bestellen
