This Diamant brand silicone fitting grease is a lubricant and assembly aid for soft/soft or hard/soft sliding pairings. It is used as a sealing paste, as corrosion protection, for lifetime lubrication, as a separating agent, as a viscous damping medium or as an electrical insulating agent. The silicone grease complies with the KTW guidelines of the Federal Environment Agency and is WRAS certified. It is also suitable for lubricating fittings, ground glass, taps, valves, etc. As the silicone grease is a food-grade lubricant in accordance with EN ISO 21469, it can also be used without hesitation as a lubricant and sealant for drinking water fittings (cartridges of single-lever mixers, sealing rings, switching valves and swivel spouts). Naturally, the silicone grease is heat-resistant up to 200° C and is also completely odourless and tasteless.
