This Diamant brand silicone fitting grease is a lubricant and assembly aid for soft/soft or hard/soft sliding pairings. It is used as a sealing paste, as corrosion protection, for lifetime lubrication, as a separating agent, as a viscous damping medium or as an electrical insulating agent. The silicone grease complies with the KTW guidelines of the German Federal Environment Agency and is WRAS-certified. It is also suitable for lubricating fittings, ground glass, taps, valves, etc.. As the silicone grease is a food grade lubricant in accordance with EN ISO 21469, it can also be used without hesitation as a lubricant and sealant for drinking water fittings (cartridges of single-lever mixers, sealing rings, switching valves and swivel spouts). The silicone grease is heat-resistant up to 200° C and is also completely odourless and tasteless.
