Direct clamping collet 12 mm MK2 / M10
Intended use
A direct clamping collet is a clamping device with which workpieces or tools can be clamped with high accuracy. When using direct collets, the tool or workpiece is clamped directly with the collet in the machine spindle without the use of an additional holder (such as a collet chuck in the ER collet system). Tools with a cylindrical shank such as milling cutters, drills, countersinks, taps, etc. can be clamped.

Wenn es mit der Höhe mal eng wird
Spart gegenüber einer ER32-Spannzange gut 20 mm an Höhe ein. Gut verarbeitet.

Qualität gut wie immer von Paulimot gewohnt.
Sehr präzise und kraftvolles einspannen, besonders bei kleinen Maschinen kann man durch die deutlich kürze Einspannung zum einen mehr Fahrweg auf der Z-Achse heraus holen, und das Werkzeug sitzt noch steifer im System.
