Intended use
A dividing attachment or rotary table is used for machining on milling machines. A dividing attachment can be used to produce both uniform and non-uniform drilling patterns on a full circle. Another possible application is the radial machining of a shaft, such as the production of offset grooves. Dividing attachments are also frequently used to produce regular profiles, for example to manufacture gear wheels.

Direct dividing attachment incl. 80 mm three-jaw chuck
Dividing by indexing every 15° on the full circle
With quick clamping device
Can be used horizontally and vertically
Clearly legible 360° scale
Description of the
With this dividing attachment, the dividing disc sits directly on the axis of rotation. The 24 indexing points evenly positioned on the bolt circle result in a 15° pitch on the full circle. This means that the pitches T = 2, 3, 4, 6, 12 and 24 can be realised with this dividing head. The turntable is always locked when the detent pin in the housing engages in one of the detents. The setting can be fixed using a clamping lever. The attached 360° scale makes it easier to adjust the rotary table. An 80 mm three-jaw chuck is already mounted on the turntable. The housing of the dividing head is ground on two sides so that it can be clamped horizontally and vertically on the milling table using clamping grooves.
