Description of the
This sturdily manufactured drilling machine vice is characterised in particular by the option of quick adjustment. The spindle can be disengaged with a lever so that the movable jaw can be quickly and continuously preset over the entire clamping range. Once the desired position has been reached, the spindle is re-engaged via the lever. In this position, the movable jaw can be moved as usual using the handle. The handle is designed as a hexagonal shaft with a spanner width of 32 mm. This ensures a good grip. A suitable open-end spanner can be used to increase the clamping force. Alternatively, a shaft with an appropriate diameter can be inserted into the cross hole at the end of the handle, which can then be used as a lever.
As the vice is made of solid cast steel, it has a comparatively high dead weight, which increases stability during the drilling process. The jaws, which have horizontal and vertical prisms, are made of steel and ground. The vice can be attached to a machine table using the two elongated holes on the side.

Schraubstock für Bohrmaschine 100mm
Ich habe mich für den Schraubstock entschieden, wegen der Schnellverstellung, und als er kam stellte ich fest daß sie super funktioniert! Außerdem ist die Spindel vorne nicht rund sonder 6-Kant, somit kann auch mit der Hand ganz schön festdrehen, auch ist ein Loch seitlich, da kann eine Rundstange die mitgeliefert wurde reinstecken, und festdrehen, sollte das immer noch nich reichen, kann mann auch noch einen Gabelschlüssel auf das Sechskannt stecken, hab noch gar nicht probiert welche Größe, bestimmt 24er oder größer, aber das brauchts gar nicht! Der Schraubstock ist für Bohrmaschinen gedacht, aber der ist so schwer und robust, den könnte man beinahe als fest an eine Werkbank angeschraubten Schraubstock , in dem man Eisen biegt, verwenden! Dafür kostet etwas mehr, meiner war trotzdem etwas billiger, weil er ein paar Kratzspuren im Lack haben kann, worauf hingewiesen wurde, bei mir war’s harmlos! Für mache spielt daß keine Rolle, ich habe ihn auch wegen der roten Lackierung gekauft, und da gefällt er mir auch sehr gut! Er passt zwar nicht in die 2 Nuten meiner neuen Tischbohrmaschine (untere Platte), ich hab in jetzt nur auf einer Seite mit Flügelschrauben zum schnellen Fixieren angeschraubt, des Ding ist so schwer auf der Platte, das es bald keine zusätzliche Fixierung braucht, jedenfalls nicht bei kleinen zu bohrenden Löchern! Abschließend super Schraustock für meine Bohrmaschine, hab das richtige Stück ausgesucht, und bekommen, großes Lob an die Firma!
