Intended use
Collets are used to clamp tools with a cylindrical shank or cylindrical workpieces with high precision in machine tools. The collet is pressed or pulled into a tapered holder. The tool or workpiece is precisely centred and securely clamped by the evenly spaced longitudinal slots in the collet.

This collet set consists of 18 collets with a clamping range of 2 - 20 mm. An MK2 / M10 ER32 collet chuck and a suitable hook spanner for the union nut are also included in the scope of delivery. Both the collet chuck and the collets are hardened and ground. The collets are made of 65Mn spring steel, the collet chuck is made of Cr40 steel. The union nut can be professionally tightened using an open-end spanner with a width across flats of 36 mm. Two milling surfaces are fitted in the collet chuck holder for counter-holding. The system accuracy with the collet chuck in place is 0.012 mm. The set is supplied in an aluminium case with foam insert for practical and safe storage.

Tolles Spannzangenset
Absolut hervorragendes Spannzangenset mit sehr guter Rundlaufgenauigkeit (hab noch nicht alle getestet!). Wie von Paulimot gewohnt, sehr gute Qualität, bin absolut zufrieden damit.

Spannzangen mit sehr gutem Rundlauf!
Gerade bei Spannzangen ist die Qualität wichtig, kauft man normalerweise nur einmal! War von der Verarbeitung begeistert und habe sofort den Rundlauf kontrolliert. Die Rundlaufabweichung war deutlich kleiner als 0,01 mm. Spitzen Werkzeug zu günstigem Preis!
