Description of the
This cast iron steady rest is secured to the prismatic bed of the PM3900 using a clamping block. The three brass support jaws are infinitely adjustable via knurled screws and allow for easy positioning against the workpiece. The position of the support jaws can be fixed using a hex nut for each jaw. This faceplate allows workpieces with a diameter of up to 60 mm to be machined.
