This grinding gauge is made of stainless steel. The surfaces are ground. It can be used to check the grinding of the wedge angle on turning tools for seven different applications. The gauge also has two clearance angle templates with 4° and 6°. The respective application area is clearly indicated on the gauge next to each wedge angle template.
This thread steel gauge is made of stainless steel. The surfaces are ground. It can be used to check threads for flat threads with a pitch of 2 to 8 threads per 1 inch and for pointed threads from 45° to 70°. The standard 55° and 60° angles can also be checked with this gauge.
This thread steel gauge is made of stainless steel. The surfaces are ground. It can be used to check thread steels for trapezoidal threads with a pitch of 2 to 12 mm and a flank angle of 30°. Furthermore, flat threads with 2 to 8 threads per 1 inch as well as thread turning steels with 55° and 60° point angles can be tested.
This turning and thread gauge is made of stainless steel. The surfaces are ground. Threaded steels for trapezoidal threads with a pitch of 2 to 12 mm, nine different wedge angles (40° to 80°) and threaded turning steels with 55° and 60° point angles can be checked. The gauge also has an angle stop adjustable from 0° to 30° for grinding the clearance angle.
This grinding gauge is made of stainless steel. The surfaces are ground. It can be used to check the grinding of the wedge angle on turning tools for seven different applications. The gauge also has two clearance angle templates with 6° and 8°. The respective application area is clearly indicated on the gauge next to each wedge angle template.
This twist drill grinding jig for drills up to a diameter of approx. 60 mm is made of stainless steel. The surfaces are ground. Angles from 30° to 160° can be set in 5° increments. The point angle of 118° is also marked on the gauge. The angle pointer can be fixed using a locking screw.
This twist drill grinding jig for drills up to a diameter of 50 mm is made of spring steel. The surfaces are ground. The point angle is 118°.
This trapezoidal thread steel gauge is made of stainless steel. The surfaces are ground. It can be used to check thread steels for trapezoidal threads with a pitch of 2 to 12 mm and a flank angle of 30°.
This twist drill grinding jig is made of steel or stainless steel. The surfaces are partially ground. For the common 118° point angle, the gauge offers an adjustment option for the drill bit diameter up to 50 mm. There is a fold-out contact gauge on the back for angles of 60°, 120°, 130°, 140° and 160°. There is also a small scale up to 70 mm on the front.
The universal grinding gauge from paulimot can be used as a twist drill grinding gauge for checking the point angle. It is also suitable as a threaded steel gauge for checking threaded turning tools, for example, and as a square and hexagon angle gauge. This universal gauge has angle markings of 55°, 60°, 90° and 120°
It is made from ground, stainless spring steel. The graduation is in the metric system of units.
