Intended use
Punches are used in the blacksmith's, goldsmith's, watchmaker's and leatherworking trades, among others. They are used as punches in metal and leatherworking to drive in patterns, symbols, moulds or ornaments. One variant of the hallmark is the ball punch. In conjunction with the cube flank, spherical moulds can be produced on the workpiece.

Description of the
This 8-piece set consists of six hammer punches with a round profile with head diameters of 7.5 to 24.5 mm, a hammer punch with a rectangular profile measuring 12 x 12 mm and a scoring groove.
The groove flank has 6 semicircular dies with diameters of 9.5 to 25 mm and a V-groove with a width of 11.5 mm.
Both the punches and the scoring groove are made of tool steel, hardened and ground.
