Intended use
A reamer is used for the finishing of bores. Bores, which should usually be drilled 0.1 to 0.2 mm below nominal size, can be reamed to the final dimension using a reamer. In the vast majority of cases, reamers are used to ream bores for dowel pins. Machining the bore ensures high dimensional and geometric accuracy, as well as a high surface finish on the finished reamed bore.

All reamers in this set are subject to tolerance classes H4 - H14. The cutting edges of the hand reamers are made of hardened carbon steel. At the end of the cylindrical shaft there is a square for mounting in a tap wrench.
The different diameters are adjusted using two threaded sleeves on the respective reamers.
This 7-piece HSS machine reamer set is supplied in a wooden box with foam insert for practical and safe storage. All reamers in this set are subject to tolerance class H7. Compared to manual reamers, these machine reamers have a short guide section, as they are guided by the machine spindle itself. In addition, the machine reamers have a short lead compared to manual reamers, which makes them particularly suitable for reaming blind holes.

Der Logistische Vorgang funktioniert bei Paulimot immer sehr gut.
Für mich ist die Überweisung die beste Moglichkeit einzukaufen. Die Handreibahlen machen einen sehr guten Eindruck in Bezug auf Verarbeitung und Genauigkeit. Über die Stahlqualität und Standzeit kann ich noch keine finalen Bewertungen abgeben.
