Description of the
This 2-piece HSS threading tool set with a 10 mm tool height is designed for threading work on lathes. It consists of a threading tool for external threads and a threading tool for internal threads. This allows threads to be cut, reworked or adapted to existing components on cylindrical workpieces. The threading tools are designed for 55° and 60° thread profiles. The 60° profile is primarily used for metric threads. The 55° profile is suitable for imperial threads or Whitworth thread profiles. This means the set can be used for various thread types and offers a practical solution for users who wish to machine both metric and imperial threads. The external threading tool is suitable for cutting threads on shafts, bolts, pins and other external cylindrical surfaces. The internal threading tool is used for threading work in bores, sleeves or bushings. The set thus covers two key basic applications in thread turning. With a tool height of 10 mm, the set is suitable for compatible tool holders on compact to medium-sized lathes. The greater tool height compared to smaller versions offers a more stable tool mounting and is suitable for users who wish to carry out threading work with slightly heavier turning tools. The HSS version offers a good combination of cutting performance, toughness and re-sharpenability. If required, the cutting edges can be reground or adapted to the specific machining task. This makes the set a robust and versatile addition for threading work in metalworking, workshops and hobby turning.

This 2-piece HSS threading tool set is designed for cutting external and internal threads on lathes. It is particularly suitable for small lathes, mini-lathes and precision lathes, and offers a compact selection of tools for fine threading work in model making, precision engineering, hobby workshops and general small-scale turning work. The set consists of an HSS threading tool for cutting external threads and an HSS threading tool for cutting internal threads. Both tools are designed for 55° and 60° thread profiles. This allows both metric and imperial threads to be machined. The 60° profile is typically used for metric threads, whilst 55° profiles are used for Whitworth threads and corresponding imperial threads. With a cutting edge height of 6 mm, the set is compatible with smaller tool holders and compact lathes. The external thread turning tool is used for producing or finishing external threads on shafts, bolts and cylindrical workpieces. The internal thread turning tool is used for cutting or finishing internal threads in bores and sleeves. The HSS version offers a good combination of toughness, cutting performance and re-sharpenability. If necessary, the cutting edges can be reground or adapted to the specific machining task. This makes the set particularly suitable for users who require compact and versatile threading tools for precision work. With its combination of external and internal threading tools, the set covers key basic applications in thread cutting on a lathe and is a practical addition for small lathes and precision metalworking tasks.
This 2-piece HSS threading tool set is designed for cutting external and internal threads on lathes. It offers a compact selection of tools for threading work in the workshop, in model making, in precision engineering and for general turning work. With a turning tool height of 8 mm, the set is compatible with standard tool holders and lathes. If required, the cutting edges can be reground or adapted to the specific machining task. This makes the set particularly suitable for users who require versatile threading tools for precise threading work. With its combination of external and internal threading tools, the set covers key basic applications in thread cutting on a lathe and is a practical addition to any metalworking toolkit.
This 2-piece HSS threading tool set with a 12 mm tool height is designed for threading work on lathes. It comprises a threading tool for external threads and a threading tool for internal threads. This allows both external threads on shafts, bolts and pins, as well as internal threads in bores, sleeves or bushings, to be machined. The tools included are designed for 55° and 60° thread profiles. The 60° profile is typically used for metric threads. The 55° profile is suitable for imperial threads and Whitworth thread profiles. The set therefore covers different thread types and offers a practical tool solution for users who wish to work flexibly between metric and imperial thread forms. With a turning tool height of 12 mm, the set is designed for compatible tool holders on lathes. The 12 mm version provides a stable base for threading work and is particularly suitable for users who wish to work with heavier turning tools. A tool holder on the machine that matches the tool height is required. The HSS version offers a good combination of toughness, cutting performance and re-sharpenability. The cutting edges can be re-ground if necessary or adapted to the specific machining task. This makes the set suitable for workshops, metalworking, repair work and hobby turning. Thanks to the combination of internal and external thread turning tools, this set is a compact addition for typical threading work on the lathe. It is suitable for creating new threads as well as for reworking existing threads on suitable workpieces.

Tolle Idee
