Knurling tool with one wheel

The knurling tool has a knurling wheel with which you can make axis-parallel grooves with a pitch of 1.0 mm. The tool holder is made of burnished steel and the knurling wheel is made of high-quality alloy steel.

The adjustable knurling pliers have two knurling wheels with which you can make cross knurls with a pitch of 1.0 mm. Knurls up to a maximum workpiece diameter of 22 mm can be stamped. The knurling pliers are self-centring.

These adjustable knurling pliers are designed for shaft diameters from 10 to 35 mm. Adjustment is made using a knurled screw. Cross knurls of 1.0 mm can be produced. The knurling wheels are made of hardened carbon steel.

The knurling wheel heads are attached to the tool holder in such a way that they can be easily swivelled. This enables flexible height adjustment of the knurling wheels.
