Intended use

Description of the
The DM400 is a compact bench lathe with a centre width of 430 mm. Thanks to its solid machine bed and four rubber feet, the machine stands securely and with low vibration on the workbench. It has five speeds, which can be set very easily and quickly thanks to the motor swivelling mechanism. Both the workpiece support and the tailstock can be easily adjusted to the respective workpiece size using clamping levers. The scope of delivery includes a face plate with a diameter of 142 millimetres, which enables precise and versatile turning. The optional bed extension allows the machine bed to be extended by 550 millimetres.
