Description of the
For quick and easy installation on the machine tool, the magnetic tape is already attached to a profile rail, the end caps of which are provided with fixing holes. The film on the magnetic tape provides protection against damage and contamination and serves to maintain the magnetic pattern and therefore the accuracy of the magnetic tape. The magnetic tape is compatible with the SDS 200 and SDS 220S position indicators and has a length of 795 mm, the total length of the profile rail is 800 mm. The measuring strip can be customised by shortening it. As the end caps are available separately, several shorter measuring strips can be produced from one measuring strip.
Procedure for shortening a magnetic tape profile rail:
- Remove both end caps
- Pull the protective film out of the profile rail (do not remove the magnetic tape)
- Shorten the profile rail including the magnetic tape (e.g. with a hacksaw)
- Shorten the protective film (e.g. with scissors)
- Cut two M3 threads on the cut edge of the profile rail to be able to mount the end cap
- Slide the protective film over the magnetic tape into the profile rail
- Fit the end caps

Die Kombination von Sensoren, Magnetleisten und der neuen Digitalanzeige ist eine super Erleichterung gerade beim Drehen, weniger Messen, kein Verzählen mit den Umdrehungen an der Spindelskala mehr 0 setzen an jeder Stelle möglich, genauso kann der gemessene Istwert eingetippt werden zum weiterarbeiten Taschenrechner funktion ist auch klasse, bis zu 200 Werkzeuge können mit Längenunterschieden programmiert werden Einfach nur genial ,kann ich nur jedem empfehlen
