Description of the
This versatile 11-piece measuring and gauge set is supplied in a wooden box with foam insert for practical and proper storage and consists of the following components (we also offer some components of the set individually. These can be recognised by the article number after the title of the respective product):
1. automatic centre punch brass 130 mm (item no. 23007)
The tip of this automatic centre punch is made of hardened spring steel with a hardness of 40 to 50 HRC. The tip is made of spring steel and is replaceable. The tip can therefore either be reground or completely replaced. The diameter of the tip is 4 mm, the diameter of the handle is 13 mm. The automatic centre punch can be used to centre punch or mark workpieces made of aluminium, wood, plastic, copper, metal and steel.
The knurled brass handle ensures a non-slip surface.
To centre punch, the tip of the centre punch is placed on the scribed point and the handle is then pressed down vertically until the internal spring mechanism is released. This creates a clean marking or centre punch. This process can be repeated several times in succession to make a deeper mark.
The impact force can be infinitely adjusted by changing the spring pressure by turning the knurled cap. The set spring pressure does not vary so that the same setting can be used for markings of the same size.
2. hole gauge metric / inch, 1-16 mm (item no. 21721)
This hole gauge is flat and tapered. The measuring range is indicated in metric on the front of the hole gauge. The measuring range is 1 to 16 mm. You can read this in 0.1 mm increments.
The measuring range is given in inches on the back of the hole gauge. This range is 1/8 to 5/8 inch, whereby the reading is in 1/.005 inch increments.
You can use the hole gauge to easily determine or measure the inside diameter of hoses, slots and holes. The hole gauge is made of stainless steel.
3. metric / inch thread gauge made of spring steel (item no. 21701)
To determine thread pitches in the metric and imperial range, the thread comb is placed vertically on the thread and held against a bright light source. If a light gap is visible, the next larger or next smaller thread template is used until no more light gap is visible between the gauge comb and the thread. The determined thread pitch can then be read off the gauge blade.

4. universal grinding jig (article no. 21720)
The universal grinding gauge from paulimot can be used as a twist drill grinding gauge for checking the point angle of twist drills. It is also suitable as a threaded steel gauge for checking threaded turning tools, for example, and as a square and hexagon angle gauge. This universal gauge has angle markings of 55°, 60°, 90° and 120°.
It is made from ground, stainless spring steel. The graduation is in the metric unit system.
5. grinding gauge for threaded turning steels
This grinding gauge can be used to check the grinding for metric (60°), imperial (55°), ACME (14.5°) and B.A. threads (47.5° - British Association Standard Thread).
6. steel ruler 150 mm (article no. 21710)
This steel ruler has a metric measuring range of 0 to 152 mm and an imperial measuring range of 0 to 6 inches. It is made from spring steel and has a polished surface and a hole for hanging. The steel ruler is used to determine measurements in metric or imperial scale divisions and as an aid when marking out workpieces.
7. stop square 120 x 70 mm
The contact surface of the square is ground and solidly manufactured. The robust design of the gauge makes it very durable, ensuring a long service life. The tool tongue is made of carbon steel (material number 1095) and the leg is made of spring steel.
The precision grinding and the solid design ensure high accuracy. Based on the classification in the accuracy classes according to DIN 875/1, the 50 mm size has a maximum squareness tolerance of 12.5 µm up to a maximum tolerance of 17.5 µm for the 150 mm version.
Stop angles are used for checking and testing angles. The question of whether the angle is exactly 90° or not can be answered quickly and easily with the aid of a stop angle. The checking gauge is also very suitable for marking out. In addition to carpenters, the angle is particularly suitable for locksmiths due to its high precision. The low angle tolerance also fulfils their higher requirements.
8. marking compass 160 mm
A marking compass is ideal for marking circular dimension lines on materials such as plastic, aluminium, brass, copper, steel and wood. The scriber can also be used to measure diameters or lengths and reproduce them accurately.
The precision compass has two ground legs with a length of 160 mm, which can be expanded to a range of 160 mm. This allows you to mark or scribe a circle with a maximum diameter of approx. 320 mm with the scriber.
The measuring range can be set quickly and easily using a locking screw. By loosening the screw, you can spread the two legs to the desired measuring range. To obtain the desired measuring range, place the tip of the compass on a ruler or folding rule and pull the two legs apart. The set measuring range can be prevented from slipping by tightening the screw on the bow.
9. scriber 135 mm
This scriber is a handy tool for marking out dimension lines on metal, ceramic, wood, glass and plastic surfaces.
The scriber consists of a knurled handle and a straight tip. The knurling of the handle provides a better grip on the scriber. The total length of the scriber is 135 mm.
10. protractor 0-180°
The protractor can be used to measure angles on workpieces. This protractor can also be used for scribing. The measuring range is between 0 and 180°. The adjustable rail has a clamping screw. This prevents accidental misalignment of the protractor when removing or transferring angles and also when scribing.
11. caliper gauge brass 100 mm
This calliper gauge enables lengths between 0 and 100 mm to be measured. Due to its design, it is only suitable to a limited extent for determining internal diameters from 6 mm.
Due to its small overall size, the caliper gauge can be easily stored in a work jacket, allowing you to quickly determine bar diameters, sheet thicknesses and screw diameters in the materials store, for example. The thickness of leather or plastics can also be easily determined. As the caliper gauge is made of brass, it leaves virtually no scratches on the measured materials.

Also Ich finde es sehr gut, das es dieses Mess-Lehren-Set gibt ist eigentlich alles dabei was man benötigt zum Messen und anzeichnen von Materialien. Sehr gut finde Ich die Aufbewahrungsbox. Ein gelungenes Set
