Milwaukee Hole Dozer hole saw set bi-metal, 7-piece

This high-quality 7-piece set includes bi-metal hole saws with diameters from 19 to 32 mm. The hole saws are suitable for cutting steel up to 1,000 N/mm² tensile strength, stainless steel and acid-resistant steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, aluminium, wood, MDF boards, plasterboard, sandwich materials and plastic. They can be used in both hand-held machines and stationary devices. The hole saws have a 1.27 mm thick steel body and are therefore very stable and at the same time inherently elastic. The effective cutting depth is 41 mm. A particularly strong heavy-duty steel back ensures high stability and low vibration. The precisely manufactured, circular back guarantees optimum concentricity. The recesses make it easier to remove the drill core. The saw teeth made of a high-quality HSS alloy with 8 % cobalt content ensure the best service life, even when drilling in metal. The electronically welded HSS teeth on the special steel body ensure optimum cutting quality. The teeth are vacuum-hardened to 65 HRC at a temperature of 600°. The high wear resistance of the high-quality HSS alloy makes the hole saws ideal for demanding work, e.g. for cuts in stainless steel, acid-resistant metals and softer materials such as wood. The variable 3.5 TPI Vario toothing with a positive 10° tooth angle enables fast and aggressive cuts with low contact pressure and ensures less heat generation. The greater tooth depths ensure better material removal. The specially shaped teeth reduce jamming in thin materials and the set tooth pitch reduces friction. Milwaukee offers a lifetime guarantee on non-chipping teeth. The set is supplied in a plastic box.
