Intended use

The Milwaukee M18 FHS20-0 cordless compact chainsaw is designed for precise sawing work on wood and is particularly suitable for cutting beams, square timbers and planks to length, as well as for pruning and maintenance work in gardening and landscaping. Its compact design makes it ideal for working in confined spaces, e.g. on construction sites, during installation work or outdoors around the house. The cordless 18 V M18T battery system enables mobile, flexible working without exhaust fumes or cables.

Description of the

The Milwaukee M18 FHS20-0 cordless pruning saw delivers high performance and strong torque for cutting hardwood without stalling, thanks to M18 FUEL technology. It has been specifically developed to meet high standards of ergonomics, performance and durability, and impresses with a compact design that allows for precise control and good manoeuvrability, even in hard-to-reach areas. With an M18 HIGH OUTPUT 5.5 Ah battery, up to 180 cuts can be made in 10 × 10 cm thick cedar wood. An easily accessible chain tensioner allows for quick adjustment of the chain tension, whilst the infinitely variable speed control ensures precise control of power output. A metal claw stop for improved leverage and automatic chain lubrication for higher productivity also ensure safe and efficient working. Integrated tool storage for the combination wrench enhances user comfort. The pruning saw is powered by the FUEL platform with a brushless POWERSTATE motor, REDLITHIUM battery technology and REDLINK PLUS electronics, and is 100% compatible with the Milwaukee® M18 battery system.
