The housing and drawers of this workshop trolley are made of 1 mm thick steel. This gives the trolley a total load capacity of 800 kg. The very high build quality of this powder-coated workshop trolley guarantees a long service life. The drawers are precision-guided, fitted with pull-out stops and soft-close mechanisms and are 100% extendable. There is a non-slip mat in each drawer. The individual drawer lock means that only one drawer can be opened, preventing the cabinet from tipping over unintentionally. The top six drawers each have a load capacity of 75 kg. The bottom drawer is double-guided, giving it a load capacity of 90 kg. This drawer is therefore particularly suitable for storing heavy appliances. There is an integrated organiser in this drawer for storing power tools such as drills, cordless screwdrivers, impact wrenches, etc. and batteries. The trolley has a high-quality central locking system. Two keys are included in the scope of delivery. The workshop trolley is equipped with heavy-duty industrial castors, two fixed castors and two swivel castors with locking brakes. There is an ABS worktop on the top of the workshop trolley. This is non-slip and easy to clean. The worktop is recessed to prevent tools from falling off. There are additional storage compartments on the sides for screws, nuts and other small parts as well as an integrated screwdriver holder. On the left-hand side of the trolley there is a perforated panel for standard Euro hooks (five included) including a removable metal shelf divided into three compartments for storing small parts. There are storage compartments for bottles, sprays or cans on both sides of the workshop trolley. Also included is an electrical distributor with three sockets, two USB charging sockets (for mobile phones, tablets, etc.) and a main switch. Thanks to the magnetic back, the distributor can be attached anywhere in the van. The right-hand side panel is designed for attaching Milwaukee chargers directly to the trolley. Four holes including screws are already provided for this purpose. The ergonomic push handle is located on the same side. All four corners of the trolley are fitted with ABS bumpers for collision protection. A matching workshop trolley attachment with a further four drawers is available for additional storage space.
