Intended use
Bandsaws are used for cutting wood, metal, plastics, textiles, leather, aerated concrete, etc. However, their primary use is in woodworking. The saw blade is guided over two wheels, enabling a continuous, uninterrupted cut. Depending on the thickness of the saw blade used, both straight and curved cuts can be made. Circular cuts are also possible with the aid of special attachments.

Description of the
The MJ10 model is characterised by its excellent workmanship. The two ball-bearing-mounted, rubber-coated cast-spoke wheels ensure extremely smooth running of the saw blade. Curved cuts can also be carried out comfortably on the sturdy, 360 x 320 mm saw table. The cast aluminium table can be tilted up to 45° via a tilt mechanism. The height of the blade guide is infinitely adjustable. This allows the blade to be perfectly adapted to the height of the workpiece being cut. The saw blade is supported in the upper and lower guides by ball bearings on both sides and at the front. These bearings are, of course, adjustable. With two cutting speeds (400 and 800 m/min) and the ability to use saw bands from 3 to 12.5 mm, a wide range of diverse sawing tasks can be carried out. A 10 mm wide saw band is fitted as standard. You will also find other suitable saw blades in various widths in our range. The LED work light also makes working with this wood band saw much easier. The removable chip drawer, the chip scraper on the lower roller and the connection for a dust extraction system are further advantages of this saw.
