Mobile drill stand with tilt function 145 x 145 x 270 mm

In combination with a standard drill, this drill stand is an affordable, space-saving and mobile alternative to a bench drill. The drill stand can optionally be screwed to a worktop using four countersunk screws. The tilt function allows holes to be drilled at any angle between + 45° and - 45°.

The prism support can be rotated and is suitable for drilling pipes or round material. Flat material can be drilled by rotating the support by 90°. The centre hole in the prism support prevents damage to the drill stand. It is also ideal for drilling centred holes in round material.

The drilling angle is set by loosening or tightening the plastic knobs at the upper end of the guide rods. The guide rods are secured against twisting by a groove in the drill table, where there is also a scale for roughly setting the angle.

The drill holder on this drill stand is supplied with a 43 mm Euronorm holder, i.e. no equalising adapters in the form of plastic strips are required. The drill stand has a stable design and a maximum drilling stroke of 50 mm. The lifting mechanism, consisting of a gear wheel, rack and return spring, is made of metal. The tool carrier is height-adjustable on the round column. To simplify series drilling, there is an adjustable stop on the round column. The base has four holes for easy attachment of the drill stand to a workbench or worktop. The four clamping grooves arranged at right angles to each other are used to secure workpieces or vices to the workbench. Three mounting adapters (approx. 26, 39 and 41 mm) are included in the scope of delivery.
