Description of the

This modular precision machine vice, ground on all sides, is made of high-alloy, hardened steel. The base material and the robust design of the vice ensure maximum durability and stability even under high loads. With a maximum clamping width of 130 mm, even larger workpieces can be clamped in this vice. The pull-down jaws ensure secure clamping of the workpiece. The spindle housing of the movable jaw can be moved along the guide and precisely locked in place using grid holes in the housing. The movable jaw and the spindle housing run backlash-free in the guide. The parallelism and perpendicularity of the surfaces to each other are 0.005 mm per 100 mm. The vice can be mounted on a machine table using the clamping claws supplied. The scope of delivery also includes a mountable and adjustable lateral workpiece stop. The vice is supplied in a sturdy wooden storage box.

This precision machine vice, ground on all sides, is made of high-alloy, hardened steel. The vice can be rotated through 360° in a horizontal position (0° inclination). When the vice is turned 90°, it can be swivelled by up to 60°. The angle of inclination is set and fine-adjusted using a rotary knob via a worm and a toothed segment. The laser-cut angle scales make it easy to set the desired angle of inclination or rotation. The set angles can be fixed using grub screws. The movable jaw runs backlash-free in the guide. The parallelism and perpendicularity of the surfaces to each other are 0.005 mm to 100 mm. The vice can be attached to a machine table using the two elongated holes on the side. The vice is supplied in a sturdy wooden storage box.

This small vice, ground on all sides, is suitable for fine drilling and milling work. Its quick-adjustment mechanism enables rapid presetting of the four clamping ranges. The movable jaw can be clamped within these ranges using the spindle. This quick adjustment makes it particularly easy to switch between workpieces of different sizes. The handle is knurled for a good grip. A cross hole is provided at the end of the handle. A shaft with the appropriate diameter can be inserted into this cross hole, which can then be used as a lever to increase the clamping force. The vice can be attached to a machine table using the elongated holes on the side and the hammerhead screws included in the scope of delivery.
