This flange is required to mount the 4-jaw chuck (order no. 4053) on the PM2000, PM2500, PM2700, PM3600, PM2500-V & PM2700-V lathes.

This adapter flange with D1-5 Camlock mount is used for mounting lathe chucks or collet flanges with a cylindrical mount. It is particularly suitable for mounting chucks or flanges with a diameter of 200 mm and a three-hole mounting. Machine-side attachment to the lathe is performed via the D1-5 Camlock interface in accordance with DIN 55029. This quick-change system enables a secure, backlash-free and repeatable connection between the spindle and the adapter flange. On the chuck side, the adapter flange is pre-machined. The centring shoulder and the flat contact surface are oversized and must be finished on the respective lathe whilst the adapter is mounted. Finishing on the machine ensures optimal alignment with the spindle axis, thereby achieving the best possible concentricity of the chuck once it is mounted.

This flange is required to mount the 4-jaw chuck (order no. 4051) on the lathe PM190-V.

This adapter flange made of cast steel has a cylindrical inner fit of 55 mm on the spindle side and three M6 threads on a 66 mm pitch circle. There are a total of six mounting holes for M8 hexagon socket screws on an 84 mm pitch circle. On the chuck side, this flange has a cylindrical outer fit with a diameter of 72 mm.
