Mounting flange for ER32 collets Ø 160 mm
Intended use
With a mounting flange for collets, these can also be used on a lathe. In contrast to clamping with three- or four-jaw chucks, clamping with collets ensures that the material is clamped cleanly and gently, and pressure marks are avoided, especially on softer workpieces. As a rule, collet systems have a higher concentricity compared to lathe chucks.

Description of the
This mounting flange for ER32 collets is made of hardened steel, the surfaces are ground. The flange can be mounted on lathes with a 160 mm holder with a cylindrical holder instead of a lathe chuck. The clearance is 24 mm.
Procedure for inserting ER collets:
- Insert the groove of the collet at an angle into the eccentric ring of the union nut until it audibly engages.
- Screw the union nut with the inserted collet into the mounting flange.
Scope of delivery
- 1 x mounting flange for ER32 collets Ø 160 mm
- 1 x hook spanner for ER32
