Intended use
ER collet chucks are used in conjunction with the appropriate collet to securely and quickly clamp tools with cylindrical shanks. The use of collet systems achieves high concentricity of the respective tool.

Description of the
The electroless nickel plating of this collet chuck achieves a very high surface quality. The other advantages of electroless nickel plating are excellent corrosion protection and very high wear resistance and therefore a long service life. As the inner cone is polished, a high system accuracy (collet in collet chuck) of a maximum concentricity deviation of 0.005 mm is achieved or guaranteed.
In order to maintain this very high concentricity, we recommend using this collet chuck with the appropriate precision collet.
