Intended use
This high-quality hacksaw is suitable for precise curved cuts, contour cuts and cut-outs in wood as well as – depending on the saw blade used – in plastic and thin metal materials. The saw blade, which can be rotated through 360° and locked in any position, allows for flexible adjustment of the cutting direction without having to constantly reposition the workpiece.

Description of the
The precision bow saw combines a torsion-resistant aluminium frame with a flexibly adjustable saw blade guide. It is particularly suitable for curved cuts, tight radii, internal cut-outs and fine fitting work in woodworking, model-making and woodturning. Two parallel guide rods stabilise the deep saw frame and help ensure a controlled cut. Thanks to the large cut-outs, the frame remains comparatively light and easy to handle despite its sturdy construction. A special feature is the double-sided saw blade mounting: the clamped blade can be rotated through 360°, allowing it to be adjusted to the desired cutting direction regardless of the frame’s orientation. The position is then locked in place using the side locking levers. Clearly visible “Open” and “Lock” markings simplify operation. The required blade tension is applied by turning the ergonomically shaped rosewood handle, enabling quick blade changes and precise tensioning. The brass mountings and controls emphasise the high-quality construction. The scope of delivery includes three saw blades with 15, 18 and 24 teeth per inch. This provides a range of tooth configurations for rapid contour cutting, general sawing tasks and finer detail work.
