Intended use
ER collet chucks, when used in conjunction with the appropriate collet, enable the secure and rapid clamping of tools with cylindrical shanks. The use of collet systems ensures high concentricity of the respective tool.

Description of the
The electroless nickel plating of this collet chuck achieves a very high surface quality. The other advantages of electroless nickel plating are excellent corrosion protection and very high wear resistance and therefore a long service life. As the inner cone is polished, a high system accuracy (collet in collet chuck) of a maximum concentricity deviation of 0.005 mm is achieved or guaranteed.
In order to maintain this very high concentricity, we recommend using this collet chuck with the appropriate precision collet.

Sehr präzise Reduzierhülse.
Sehr schönes Zangenfutter, sehr genau rundlaufend, alle Kanten sind entgratet, fast nicht zu glauben, dass es zu einem solch niedrigen Preis verkauft werden kann.
