Intended use
Drill chucks are used for clamping tools with a cylindrical shank, such as drills, countersinks, reamers, etc. Drill chucks are used in machine tools such as lathes, milling machines or drilling machines. Depending on the type of machine, a drill chuck with a suitable holder is required. A general distinction is made between drill chucks in which the tools are clamped with a spanner and drill chucks in which the tools can be clamped without a spanner, so-called quick-action drill chucks.

Description of the
With this precision quick-action drill chuck, the taper arbor and the drill bit holder consist of one part, i.e. the taper arbor cannot be separated from the drill chuck. In contrast to drill chucks with an inserted tapered arbor, this design enables higher concentricity to be achieved. The taper arbor has a drive-out tab and is therefore suitable for use both in drilling machines and in the tailstock of lathes. The clamping range of this chuck is 1 to 16 mm. As the three clamping jaws close completely, it is also possible to clamp tools with a shank diameter of less than 1 mm.

Qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Bohrfutter
Ich hatte das Bohrfutter für meine GMD-400 gekauft. Die Qualität ist hervorragend. Leider passt es nicht so wirklich gut zum Reitstock der Güde (es steht schon sehr weit heraus und das verringert die Spitzenweite zusehends). Für größere Maschinen sicher sehr gut geeignet. Der freundliche und kompetente Service-Mitarbeiter von Paulimot empfahl mir statt dessen ein MK1-Bohrfutter mit einer MK2-Adapter. Das passt perfekt!

Ein schönes Bohrfutter!!
Keine scharfen Kanten, wertig und sehr guter Rundlauf! Ohne Wertung, da banal: Passte ohne Überarbeitung nicht in die Einhell BT-BD 701 Tischbohrmaschine Ich musste den Schaft am Konus (beim Austreiber) ausschleifen da das Bohrfutter nicht in der Bohrmaschiene hielt. An den Marken war klar erkennbar wieso.
