Pull-down machine vice, rotatable, 55 mm

Intended use

Like classic drilling machine vices, pull-down vices are used as precise clamping devices for machine tools. The most important feature of pull-down vices is the significantly higher clamping strength due to the pull-down system.

Description of the

This rotating machine vice, made of C45E steel, is particularly characterised by its pull-down system. A guide carriage runs under the movable clamping jaw, which moves the clamping jaw forwards and pulls it downwards at the same time. This solves the problem of tilting and workpieces remain securely clamped even under high forces.
The vice can be rotated and is equipped with an angle scale, making it easy and convenient to carry out angle milling. The set angle can be fixed using two M8 nuts.
