Intended use
Pull-down vices, which consist of two separate clamping bodies, are used for clamping larger workpieces, as the clamping range is extremely flexible. Furthermore, workpieces whose clamping surfaces are not parallel to each other can be clamped.

Very flexible due to two separate clamping bodies
High clamping force
Made from high-quality nodular cast iron, extremely solid
Also for clamping workpieces with clamping surfaces that are not parallel to each other
The pull-down system prevents the workpiece from standing up
Description of the
This two-part, very solid pull-down vice is made of nodular cast iron (cast iron with spheroidal graphite). Spheroidal graphite cast iron is a type of cast iron that has mechanical properties similar to steel due to the carbon contained in its spherical shape.
The replaceable jaws made of C45E steel are hardened and ground. The grooves milled into the jaws increase the holding force, making it more difficult for the workpiece to slip out. This two-part vice can be used to clamp both larger workpieces and workpieces whose clamping surfaces are not parallel to each other on the machine table.
Due to the design of this type of pull-down vice, the forces exerted when clamping the workpiece act very strongly in the direction of the machine table, preventing the workpiece from standing up during milling. The solid design ensures that the workpiece is clamped securely and quickly. The vice is fastened with clamping elements such as sliding blocks with threaded rods and collar nuts.

This rotating machine vice is made of C45E steel and is particularly characterised by its pull-down system. A guide carriage runs under the movable clamping jaw, which moves the clamping jaw forwards and pulls it downwards at the same time. This solves the problem of tilting and workpieces remain securely clamped even under high force.
The vice can be rotated and is equipped with an angle scale, making it easy and convenient to carry out angle milling.
Using the guide blocks included in the scope of delivery, the vice can be quickly and easily aligned parallel to the grooves in the worktable.

Super schnelle perfekt

Soweit in Ordnung, Preis Leistung stimmt
Beim Fräsen und Bohren eine erhebliche Erleichterung beim einspannen der Werkstücke. Beim längeren arbeiten mal nachziehen. Sonst Ok.

Nützlich auf CNC
Um Aluminiumplatte auf der Kante zu bearbeiten. Man verliert keine kostbare Höhe beim Spannen. Nachteil: Das Ausrichten ist etwas aufwendiger Befestigen muss man die Backen mit mindestens M10, besser M12 das ist für kleinere - mittlere CNC etwas groß geraten
