Quick-change steel holder set with turning tool, boring bar, parting tool
Intended use
Various tools, e.g. turning tools or boring bars, can be clamped for a quick change with a quick-change steel holder. The turning tool is clamped in the steel holder and aligned to the correct height (spindle centre). The set height is secured using a lock nut. This means that the next time the steel holder is inserted, the turning tool is immediately set to the centre again. The tedious and time-consuming process of placing the turning tool underneath to achieve the correct height is no longer necessary.

Description of the
This quick-change steel holder system for small bench lathes consists of an aluminium base body, which is easily mounted using a centring bolt plus matching fastening screw. The set is supplied with two centring bolts and two matching fastening screws (1 x M8 and 1 x M10).
Two dovetail guides (offset by 90°) are attached to the base body. This allows the steel holders to be used for longitudinal and facing operations as well as for internal turning operations.
The set includes two flat steel holders for the use of turning steel (clamping range from 6 to 12 mm), a parting-off steel holder incl. HSS cutter and a boring bar holder incl. boring bar. The set also includes a right-hand longitudinal turning tool (SCLCR0808D06) with the ISO indexable insert CCMT060204.
With this quick-change steel holder system, you therefore receive a comprehensive set with which standard turning work can be carried out immediately.

Im Preis unschlagbar, Superteil für Modellbau
Leider ist für den mitgelieferten Drehstahl das Set 28002 (Ersatzschneidplatten) nicht mehr lieferbar. Schade

Super Teil
Davon habe ich schon immer geträumt. Da muss man nicht mit Unterlegung arbeiten. Mit Justierschrauben kann man alles einstellen.
