Shipment tracking
You can view the current order and delivery status of your order at any time in your paulimot customer account. You also have the option of keeping an eye on the progress of your order via shipment tracking. Please note that shipment tracking is currently only available for parcel shipments.

Enter a standard shipping and billing address in your customer account. These are automatically selected for your orders and save you time.

An invoice is available for every order in your paulimot customer account. You can conveniently download this as a PDF document and save it on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Wish list
With the help of a customer account, you can save products on your wish list for a later date. When you log in to your account again, the items will still be available on your wish list - so you can access them quickly and add them to your shopping basket.
Manage payment method
You can use your customer account to change the payment method for orders that have not yet been completed and paid for. For example, do you not want to pay by credit card after all, but have already placed your order? Then you can use your customer account to change the payment method for this order at a later date.
