A. Shipping costs
Goods can only be dispatched to the countries listed below as standard. Your order will be dispatched by DHL parcel or by Noerpel (forwarding agent). The respective shipping costs for parcel shipping within Germany, outside Germany and for forwarding shipping within and outside Germany can be found in the tables below.
If you require shipping to another country (not listed by us), please contact us before placing an order using the contact form and tell us the item(s) with the desired order quantity and the delivery address (including postcode and country of delivery).
We will then inform you shortly whether we can ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs.
I. Parcel shipping within Germany
The parcel shipping within Germany is available from 49,00 € value of goods free of shipping costs.
Shipping costs:
The shipping costs for parcel shipping within Germany are 4,90 €and apply to parcels with a total weight of max. 31.5 kg.
The shipping weight (= gross weight) is displayed for each item. The sum of the gross weights of all the products you wish to order is the weight of your parcel. If this is over 31.5 kg, the delivery will be split into several parcels. If the gross weight of an individual product is over 31.5 kg, the delivery will be sent by a forwarding agent. Please note that there are individual products with a gross weight of less than 31.5 kg which, due to their design, are not sent as a parcel but by a forwarding agent. Please refer to point III (Shipping costs within and outside Germany) for the shipping costs.
Alternatively, to determine the shipping costs, you can place the desired goods in the shopping basket and select your country under "Shipping costs". This does not yet trigger an order.

Forcash on deliverywe additionally charge a standardised fee in the amount of7,00 €. There is no additional delivery charge. Delivery to packing stations is not possible with cash on delivery.

In addition to Germany, we also deliver to the following countries:

Shipping costs:
The amount of the shipping costs for parcel shipping outside Germany depends on the country to which delivery is to be made. The shipping costs depending on the country of delivery can be found in the following table.

III Bulky goods shipping within and outside Germany
The shipping costs for bulky goods within Germany are € 28.50.
The amount of the shipping costs for bulky goods outside Germany depends on the country to which the goods are to be delivered. The shipping costs are made up as follows:
Shipping costs for parcel shipping to the respective country plus €24.00.
The following item falls under bulky goods shipping: "Joint clamp 1,500 mm made of steel and malleable cast iron" (item number: 40003).
IV Shipping costs within and outside Germany
The shipping costs for freight forwarding to Germany are €45 for shipments between 32 and 75 kg and €65 for shipments > 75 kg.
The shipping costs for shipping to Austria are €65 for shipments between 32 and 75 kg and €85 for shipments > 75 kg.

Shipping by weight:
The shipping costs depend on the weight of the goods and the country to which they are to be delivered. You can find the shipping costs for your country in our shipping costs table for forwarding agent shipping(forwarding agent shipping outside Germany).
Dispatch of workshop equipment by a forwarding agent:
Workshop equipment is sent to you by the manufacturer directly after production by a forwarding agent. The costs listed under IV. are charged separately for forwarding. At the moment we can only deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
V. Delivery to countries outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). B. Delivery times
If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole.
In the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
