An angle table or angle-adjustable clamping table is a clamping device with which workpieces can be clamped on machine tools at a defined angle to the tool spindle. T-slots or mounting holes are usually fitted to clamping tables, which allow a wide variety of workpieces to be clamped flexibly.

Two continuous T-slots for M6 sliding blocks

Description of the

This angle-adjustable clamping table is made of cast steel. Two continuous T-slots for M6 sliding blocks are milled into the ground clamping plate. This allows workpieces of various sizes to be clamped using suitable clamping claws or hold-down devices. The clamping table can be continuously swivelled from 0 to 45° and the set angle can be fixed using two hexagon head screws. There is an adjustable stop screw on the base plate of the angle table for the 0° position. The angle scale on the side makes it easier to set the desired angle. The base plate has two slotted holes for M10 screws for fastening to the machine table.

Qualität, Verarbeitung und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sind top

Die Verarbeitung ist einwandfrei, Funktionsfähigkeit absolut in Ordnung, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Den Winkeltisch kann man nach eigenen Erfordernissen auch noch anpassen, er liese sich auch zum Sinustisch umbauen, die T-Nuten können zudem auch etwas erweitert werden, je nach eigenen Anforderungen, Flexibilität ist hier gegeben. Ich bin damit sehr zufrieden, meine Anforderungen deckt er vollkommen ab. Ich kann einen Kauf empfehlen, man wird nicht enttäuscht und der Preis ist sehr fair.

Solid tilting table

Nice addition to my SX2L as the height of this table is quite small. It feels very sturdy and reliable.
