Intended use
A levelling and thicknessing planer is used to precisely process raw or warped wooden boards. When planing, one side of the wood is machined flat and square, while when thicknessing, the opposite side is planed to a defined thickness and aligned parallel to the planed surface. The machine is indispensable for precise, dimensionally accurate wood processing - especially in furniture and interior design.

Description of the
This sturdy and compact planer and thicknesser incl. mobile base frame is suitable for planing solid and softwood beams up to 160 x 300 mm in size. Its powerful 1,800 watt motor provides sufficient power for both planing and thicknessing. A chip removal of up to two millimetres is possible when thickness planing and up to three millimetres when planing. The machine can be converted from a surface planer to a thickness planer in just a few simple steps. A hand crank is used to adjust the height for thicknessing, while a rotary knob is used for levelling. The planing table on the insertion side of the machine can be swivelled to the side to facilitate work during thicknessing. The planing fence is infinitely adjustable from 90° to 135°. The extendable and height-adjustable planer shaft guard ensures maximum safety when planing. The base frame is mobile and can be lowered using a mechanism. This means that the machine stands securely on its rubber feet during planing, which enable vibration-damped working. The integrated extraction system including collection bag ensures that work is as dust-free as possible.
